Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and returns
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communications between clients and workshop
- Monitor files and contribute to service quality
Requirements:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or client relations fields
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong customer relation skills, organized, team-oriented
