Become an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor, the key link between the workshop and clients, ensuring outstanding service and satisfaction. Join one of our prestigious brands (Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi) through the Volkswagen Group France Academy's remunerated apprenticeship "Automotive Expert Technician" training.
Your Role:
- Greet customers and identify their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between customer and workshop
- Follow up on cases and ensure quality service
Apprenticeship Details: 12 months with 70% practical training and 30% school, leading to a nationally recognized professional title. Get supported by a dedicated trainer and a workshop tutor.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (automotive, technical or client relations preferred)
- Driving license holder or in progress
- Organized, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
