Join the Volkswagen Group France Academy for a paid apprenticeship as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor. You will be the key contact between the workshop and customers, ensuring excellent service, satisfaction, and vehicle maintenance. This role involves customer support, technical explanation, and coordination between clients and the repair shop.
Training details:
- 12 months alternance: 70% practical in dealership, 30% theoretical at VGF Academy
- Certification: RNCP Title “TFP Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles” + Volkswagen operational certification
- Support from a dedicated trainer and dealership tutor
Profile:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or client relations
- Driver’s license or in process
- Good communication, organized, team player
