Are you passionate about cars and enjoy customer interaction? As an After-Sales Customer Advisor, you'll be the key link between the workshop and customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and analyze after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate exchanges between customers and the workshop
- Ensure file follow-up and quality service
Training & Career:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship combining 70% hands-on work and 30% academic training at Volkswagen Group France Academy
- Earn the RNCP title "TFP Light Vehicle After-Sales Receptionist" plus Volkswagen Group certification
- Mentorship from expert trainers and concession tutors
Who You Are:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driver's license or in progress
- Organized, customer-focused, team player eager to learn
