You'll join our paid apprenticeship "Automotive Expert Technician" with Volkswagen Group France Academy, combining 70% practical training in dealerships and 30% schooling.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and identify their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle check-in/out
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and technicians
- Follow up on service quality
Your Profile:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma (automotive, technical or customer relations preferred)
- Driver's license or in progress
- Strong interpersonal skills, organized, team player
