Join us as an Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor Apprenticeship!
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Be the key link between the workshop and customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Join one of our brands like Volkswagen, Škoda or Audi with a paid alternance training program "Automotive Expert Technician" at the Volkswagen Group France Academy.
Your role:
- Welcome clients and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions & prepare quotes
- Coordinate communication between client and workshop
- Follow up on service cases to maintain quality
Training structure: 12 months, with 70% work at concession and 30% study at VGF Academy. Fully paid, leading to RNCP certification.
Your profile:
- CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive or client relations
- Driving license or actively obtaining one
- Organized, team player with strong client focus
