Are you passionate about cars and enjoy customer service? Be the essential link between the workshop and clients, ensuring satisfaction and quality service. You'll work with renowned brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi through the Volkswagen Group France Academy.
What you'll do:
- Welcome clients and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between clients and the workshop
- Follow up on cases and guarantee high-quality service
Training and Career:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship combining 70% practical work in a dealership and 30% at the VGF Academy school
- Obtain an RNCP-certified professional title "TFP Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles"
- Supported by a VGF Academy trainer and dealership tutor
Ideal candidate profile:
- Diploma in automotive maintenance, technical fields, commerce or hospitality (CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, BTS)
- Driving license or in the process of obtaining one
- Organized, team player with excellent customer relations and eagerness to learn
