Automotive After-Sales Customer Advisor (M/F) - Apprenticeship Training
Do you have a passion for customer service, enjoy client interaction, and love the automotive world? Join the Volkswagen Group France Academy to benefit from a paid apprenticeship training program as an "Automotive Expert Technician" across renowned brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
As an After-Sales Customer Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between the workshop and clients, ensuring top-quality service and satisfaction. You will handle client reception, understand their needs, organize vehicle reception and return, explain technical interventions, coordinate exchanges with the workshop, and monitor service quality.
This 12-month program combines 70% hands-on experience in a dealership with 30% training at the VGF Academy. The training is fully paid and culminates in the RNCP Title "Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles" and a Volkswagen Group France operational certification through the LEMA+ platform.
