Responsibilities:
- Welcome and analyze customer after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and workshop

Your Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Customer-oriented, organized, rigorous, and team player
