Spend 70% of your time learning hands-on at a dealership and 30% at the VGF Academy, earning a professional certification recognized across Volkswagen Group France.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical work and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communications between client and workshop
- Support file tracking and ensure top service quality
You Are:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive or customer relations
- Driver’s license holder or in progress
- Organized, meticulous, and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
