Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Manage vehicle reception and repair orders
- Advise customers and follow up on service progress

Requirements:
- Minimum Bac+2 qualification (BTS, DUT, BUT or equivalent)
- Driving license B or in progress
- Strong communication, organization skills, and team spirit
- Motivation to learn in the automotive sector
