Your Role:
- Welcome clients for passenger and commercial vehicle workshops
- Advise on necessary repairs
- Manage billing and repair orders
- Schedule appointments using IT tools
- Ensure repairs meet standards
- Resolve disputes promptly
- Perform billing according to manufacturer warranties
- Upsell products and maintenance services
Profile:
- Autonomous, reactive, team-oriented
- Strong customer relationship and listening skills
- Proficient in IT tools
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
