What you'll do:
- Welcome and advise customers on their vehicle purchase
- Present new and used vehicles highlighting their features
- Propose financing, insurance, and tailored service solutions
- Negotiate commercial offers and maintain post-sale client relationships
Training Details:
- 9-month alternating program: 70% dealership, 30% school at VGF Academy
- Recognition via RNCP TFP Automobile Salesperson Title with Volkswagen certification
- Support from a dedicated trainer and mentor
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac, Bac Pro or BTS diploma, preferably in sales or customer relations
- Driving license or in the process of obtaining
- Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, and team-oriented
