Your role includes:
- Understanding and analyzing customer needs
- Managing telephone prospecting and online leads
- Presenting selected vehicle models with details on features, price, financing, and delivery times
- Making comprehensive proposals, organizing vehicle test drives, and closing sales
- Handling administrative tasks, post-sale follow-up, and customer loyalty activities
- Organizing and participating in commercial events
