Your Mission

As part of our organization, you will work with a dedicated Automotive Manufacturer network focusing on:

• Executing the New Vehicle Sales Commercial Policy within the dealer network
• Providing active advice and support to boost sales and customer loyalty
• Training and supporting agents to grow profitable new vehicle business
• Participating in company events like annual conventions and supplier evenings
• Leading distributor teams and agents
• Reporting regularly to management
• Collaborating effectively with other field teams

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have a commercial degree (Bac +3 or higher) and experience in automotive or BtoB network management. Commercial savvy, autonomy, charisma, organization, and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in English is preferred.

Offer Details

• Permanent contract (CDI), Manager status with a 3-month trial period
• Start date: April 2021
• Frequent travel (approx. 6 overnight stays/month)
• Package: €29,000 annual salary + variable pay, company vehicle, office equipment (4G mobile phone, PC, tablet), and travel expenses covered.
