Your Mission
Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients an Automobile Mechanic (m/f) on a temporary contract in ARGENTON SUR CREUSE (36200). Immediate start. You will service passenger vehicles to ensure their proper functioning and driver safety by performing reliable, careful, and timely maintenance. Tasks include routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter checks and replacement, tire fitting and maintenance (balancing, wear checks, repairs), and basic visual inspections (fluid levels, lighting, braking, safety elements). You will report any anomalies to facilitate diagnostics. You will work closely with the workshop team, follow safety guidelines and internal procedures. This is a full-time position with daytime hours, in a supervised environment, suitable for beginners or those with some experience in automotive mechanics.
Your Profile
Motivated by automobile mechanics and committed to quality work with strong attention to vehicle safety. Beginner candidates welcome. Behavioral skills: teamwork, rigor, attention to detail, punctuality, seriousness, adaptability, and customer service mindset to contribute to the garage's professional image. Technical skills: basics in oil changes (procedures, filters, fluid levels), tire fitting and maintenance (removal/installation, inflation, balancing, wear checks), simple vehicle inspections and information reporting to management. Comfort with basic tools (torque wrench, tire changer, vehicle lift) is appreciated. Full-time position, daytime hours available in ARGENTON SUR CREUSE. Salary based on scale and skills.
