Your key mission is to minimize wait times for test drivers by addressing technical issues swiftly. Tasks include tire changes, engine oil changes, managing soak cabins, on-track repairs, minor mechanical work, and workshop maintenance. Work hours: rotating shifts (morning 5am-1pm, afternoon 1pm-9pm), possible Saturdays. Contract: Renewable interim with potential for a long-term mission. Compensation: €12.31/hr (negotiable with experience) plus meal allowances and exclusive benefits.
