- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures.
- Identify issues and propose tailored solutions.
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
- Provide technical support to after-sales reception staff.
- Guarantee quality interventions and customer satisfaction.
- Respect workshop procedures, scheduling, and deadlines.
Candidate Profile:
- Bac +2 or BTS in automotive maintenance or equivalent.
- Successful experience in automotive mechanics in a workshop or dealership.
- Comfortable with diagnostics from beginner to intermediate level.
