Are you looking for a new professional opportunity with a family-owned group ranked in the Top 10 Volkswagen distributors in France? We are hiring an Automobile Mechanic Service Express (M/F) at our Volkswagen Lambersart dealership.
Job Details:
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week
- Salary: €2200-€2500/month fixed plus productivity bonuses
- Benefits: mutual insurance, €8 meal vouchers, employee benefits
Your responsibilities include:
- Repairing light vehicles
- Performing vehicle servicing (oil changes, filters, etc.)
- Replacing parts (tires, brake pads, discs, batteries, clutches)
- Managing rapid service operations (bulbs, wipers)
- Completing repair orders
- Ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction
- Managing your workstation autonomously
Required Profile:
- Bac Pro or BTS in Maintenance and Automotive After-sales
- Prior successful experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented
- Rigorous, dynamic, and proactive
- Able to work independently and in teams
