The Position
Multi-brand Automobile Mechanic – Used and New Vehicles
- Location: Avignon
- Contract: Permanent
- Work Time: 39 hours/week
- Salary: €2200 - €2500 gross monthly
Your Main Mission
Prepare vehicles to guarantee each delivered car (new or used) is reliable, compliant, and ready to hit the road.
Daily Tasks
- Prepare new vehicles (registration)
- Perform complete controls of used vehicles
- Identify necessary pre-sale repairs
- Conduct mechanical repairs (maintenance, restoration)
- Handle servicing operations (oil changes, brakes, etc.)
- Report anomalies and ensure vehicle compliance
- Collaborate with the used vehicle team to meet delivery deadlines
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
Your Profile
We seek a versatile, reliable, and autonomous professional able to work on various vehicle types.
- Essential:
- Training in automotive mechanics
- Workshop experience (multi-brand preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Work style:
- Quality workmanship
- Attention to detail
- Efficiency and good work pace
- Practical and resourceful
- Team player
- Plus points:
- Experience in used vehicle preparation
- Knowledge of Volkswagen group (Škoda, VW)
- Comfortable with diagnostic tools
