Job Description
In our workshops, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling their requests, identifying needs, collecting symptoms, and explaining necessary interventions. You will advise customers on maintenance and repairs, prepare and validate quotes, and ensure customer follow-up including vehicle reception and delivery with final explanations. You will perform periodic maintenance operations, conduct first-level mechanical and electronic diagnostics, carry out repairs (timing belts, clutches, engine components, brakes, suspension), and check vehicle functionality post-intervention. Monitoring work progress, ensuring quality, managing parts, and tracking stock are essential. We seek candidates with a minimum BacPro in Vehicle Maintenance, at least 4 years of workshop experience, Renault Technician Agent training preferred, autonomy, analytical skills, rigor, organization, respect of deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, work pride, and a valid B driving license.
