Join Our Team as an Automobile Field Salesperson!
We are a leading HR firm specializing in enhancing commercial skills across major national and international accounts in various sectors including automotive. With over 25 years of expertise, we empower sales growth and brand valorization.
Your Role:
- Drive the New Vehicle Sales policy across the brand's agent network.
- Provide active support to increase turnover and customer loyalty.
- Train and support agents to profitably grow the business.
- Engage in manufacturer events like annual conventions and supplier evenings.
- Lead distributor teams and ensure clear, regular reporting.
- Collaborate closely with other field teams.
What We Seek:
- Bachelor+3 in Business with experience in automotive or B2B network animation.
- Strong commercial drive, leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and fluent preferably in English.
Offer:
- Permanent contract (CDI), executive status with a 3-month probation.
- Competitive annual salary of 29K Euros plus variable pay.

- Extensive travel in Western France (6 nights/month).
