Job Description: As a CapCar Automobile Agent, you will assist individuals in buying and selling used vehicles from initial contact to transaction completion. Your responsibilities include estimating vehicle values, advising on pricing, organizing and managing viewing appointments, and negotiating between sellers and buyers. You'll promote vehicles via CapCar's digital tools, update listings, and track leads from the platform. This remote, independent position offers high autonomy in organizing your activity while ensuring client satisfaction with transparency, professionalism, and quality service.
Qualifications:
- Strong commercial skills: prospecting, needs qualification, advising, and negotiating vehicle sales.
- Automotive sector knowledge: interest in automobiles, understanding models, options, valuations, and value factors.
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills to build trust, manage customer expectations, and communicate clearly.
- Proficiency with digital tools including online platforms, CRM, messaging apps, and listing tools.
- Ability to work independently with strong organization, time management, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Driving license B and personal vehicle preferred for occasional visits or inspections.
- Previous experience in sales, customer relations, commerce, or automotive distribution.
