Be part of a leading independent automotive and heavy truck parts distributor, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (GPC). Based in Sautron (44), you'll work in a dynamic team environment, handling customer calls, identifying needs, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Assist customers via phone
- Identify and recommend auto parts
- Manage quotes and claims
- Follow up on orders with a focus on customer satisfaction
What we look for:
- Basic automotive knowledge preferred
- Strong adaptability to tools and procedures
- Excellent communication and passion for sales
- Rigorous, responsive, and willing to invest in learning
