Your Role
As a sales clerk and stock clerk, you will be a cornerstone of our store, playing a vital role in customer relations and driving sales:
- Welcome, advise, and sell to retail and business customers.
- Identify needs, suggest the right parts, and promote ongoing deals.
- Prepare client orders and manage merchandise flow (receiving, shelving, shipping).
- Maintain store orderliness (presentation, cleanliness, labeling).
- Handle payments, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with sales, after-sales service, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 6 PM, with one day a week ending at 5 PM.
Profile
- Background in mechanics with experience in part identification (counter or workshop).
- Organized, rigorous, with a strong customer service mindset.
- Comfortable with computer tools (part lookup, stock management).
- Good interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to manage priorities.
