We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and versatile professional to advise our customers by phone from multiple locations (Saint Etienne, Brive-Charensac, Davézieux). Your key role will be to assist professional clients with technical info, process calls from quotes to orders, and promote current company offers.
What we offer:
- Annual gross fixed salary from €22,800 to €26,400
- Up to €250 monthly variable bonus
- Annual participation bonus of €2,500 in 2025
- 35-hour work week
You have:
- CQP Magasinier Vendeur Pièces or BAC PRO in Mechanics/Bodywork/Paint
- Experience in similar roles
- Confidence in telephone sales and computer tools
- Customer service focus
