Your Mission:
- Expert in Customer Relations & Sales
- Welcome and advise customers, promote after-sales services and peripheral products
- Manage appointments, billing, and commercial coverage
- Guarantee price and deadline adherence
- Explain completed works and ensure customer satisfaction follow-up
Manage Activity:
- Monitor key performance indicators and propose corrective actions
- Final quality control before customer handover
- Manage repair orders and clear receivables
Profile:
- Bac holder with at least 5 years experience
- 2 to 10 years in automotive after-sales
- Bac+2 in Commerce or Mechanical/Bodywork Vocational
- Proficient in Mechanical/Bodywork environment, Office tools, ideally Rent services
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
