Job Description
Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager or Production Manager, the Assistant Mechanic / Technician will be responsible for maintaining coating equipment (plants, machinery, conveyors, burners, etc.), assembling, adjusting, and commissioning installations, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults, performing repairs and adjustments on-site or in the workshop, ensuring equipment safety and functionality, managing maintenance logs and spare parts, and collaborating with production teams to optimize installation performance. Ideal candidates have a Bac+2 in Industrial Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent, with basic knowledge in mechanics, electricity, and automation. Beginners welcome with internal training provided. Team spirit, rigor, autonomy, responsibility, and willingness to work outdoors on construction sites are essential.
