Job Description
We are recruiting for a company specialized in maintenance and repair of commercial transport vehicles (heavy trucks, buses, utility vehicles). Join a modern workshop with an experienced team dedicated to vehicle reliability and safety. Based in Chateauneuf les Martigues.
Your Mission as an Apprentice Mechanic:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on light vehicles, utility, and heavy trucks
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic faults
- Carry out necessary repairs or replace defective parts
- Participate in safety checks before vehicles are put back on the road
- Use specific workshop tools and follow internal procedures
- Work in a team to ensure continuous service
Candidate Profile:
- Age 15 to 29 years, finishing grade nine level
- Genuine motivation for mechanical trades
- Interest in technology and professional vehicles
- Rigorous, observant, eager to learn
Apprenticeship Framework:
- Duration: 24 or 36 months
- Start: September 2026
- Prepare a Professional Baccalaureate in Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Transport Vehicles
- Training Centre: AFTRAL, Aubagne
- No training fees required
