Agricultural Mechanic (M/F/X)
Join our team under the workshop manager's guidance to work on various agricultural machinery both on-site and in the workshop. Your responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults, performing repairs on tractors, trailers, slurry tanks, spreaders, and carrying out routine and preventive maintenance such as oil changes, brake, and filter replacements. You will install new and used equipment and advise clients on equipment use and maintenance. This role requires autonomy while strictly following safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Training in agricultural mechanics, heavy equipment, or commercial vehicle maintenance (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS).
- Experience in agricultural machinery or similar equipment preferred.
- Strong skills in mechanics, hydraulics, and embedded electrical systems.
- Autonomous, rigorous, reactive with a strong customer service mindset.
- Mandatory driving license B; tractor or heavy vehicle license is a plus.
