Join Our Team as an Agricultural Mechanic!
Under the supervision of the workshop manager, you will work on various types of agricultural machinery both in the workshop and on-site. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults, performing repairs on tractors, trailers, slurry tanks, spreaders, and more, as well as conducting routine and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and filter replacements. You'll also be installing new or used equipment and advising clients on machinery use and maintenance, all while working independently and adhering to safety protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
- Training in agricultural mechanics, TP, or PL (CAP / Bac Pro / BTS)
- Experience with agricultural mechanics or similar machinery
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and embedded electricity
- Autonomous, rigorous, and responsive personality
- Excellent customer service skills and pride in workmanship
- Mandatory driving license B; tractor or heavy vehicle licenses are a plus
