Join Matériel Agricole Gauthier, a trusted agricultural equipment distributor for over 80 years, specializing in brands like NEW HOLLAND, Pottinger, and Berthoud. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Agricultural Mechanic Technician to join our Génelard (71) site.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs both in workshop and on-site
- Prepare, assemble, and commission new equipment
- Support customers in the use of their machinery
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain detailed intervention records and follow-up
- Serve as a technical reference contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty
Profile:
- Training in agricultural mechanics, heavy vehicle or automotive mechanics
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Autonomy, responsibility, initiative, and good client relations
- Team-oriented but able to operate independently quickly
- Valid driving license B required
Working Conditions:
- Full-time permanent contract (CDI)
- Attractive salary according to profile and experience
- Annual bonus + profit-sharing
- Family health insurance
- Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
Location: On-site in Génelard (71) - commuting or relocation necessary.
