You'll work under the Workshop Manager within a team of four, responsible for diagnosing and repairing machinery both onsite and in the workshop, maintaining and servicing equipment, preparing and adjusting new machinery, starting up and training clients, and ensuring the compliance and condition of used machinery. We're seeking candidates with a technical agricultural background or significant experience in agricultural mechanics, earthmoving equipment, or heavy trucks. Skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics are essential. Be methodical and autonomous, known for high-quality work and earning client trust.
