You'll work under the Workshop Manager within a team of 8 people to diagnose and repair machinery both in the workshop and on-site, maintain equipment, prepare and adjust new materials, ensure customer training, and prepare used equipment for use. Ideal candidates have a technical agricultural background or significant experience in agricultural mechanics, construction machinery, or heavy trucks, with skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics.
