You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing machines, maintaining equipment, preparing new machinery, ensuring client training, and bringing used equipment up to standard. Ideal candidates have technical agricultural training or significant experience in agricultural mechanics, heavy equipment, or trucks, with skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics.
