Under the workshop manager's guidance, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment both onsite and in the field. You'll also prepare and adjust new machinery, ensure client training, and maintain used equipment compliance. Candidates with technical agricultural training and experience in agricultural mechanics, construction equipment, or heavy trucks with skills in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and electronics are ideal.
