- Perform preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance according to seasonal schedules
- Diagnose equipment failures and conduct necessary repairs

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bac Pro or BTS in mechanics, open to beginners or career changers
- Demonstrates rigor, organization, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
