FitnessBoutique Group markets fitness equipment such as treadmills, bikes, and rowing machines through its stores and websites. Our After-Sales Service located in Moirans is responsible for diagnosing malfunctions and breakdowns on fitness devices.
Working closely with headquarters departments (Sales, supply chain, BU, etc.), you will play a key role in enhancing quality and customer satisfaction.
Your missions:
- Detect faults on fitness machines
- Identify defective components and parts
- Propose appropriate technical solutions
- Conduct post-repair functionality tests
- Replace or repair out-of-service parts
- Write repair reports and communicate with clients
- Analyze workshop quality indicators to improve customer satisfaction
