We are looking for a passionate After-Sales Manager at our St Maximin dealership to lead and develop three sites, ensuring profitability and exceptional customer service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage after-sales teams
- Monitor KPIs: revenue, margin, productivity
- Manage financial performance and budget
- Promote commercial operations and handle warranty reimbursements
- Ensure equipment maintenance and customer satisfaction
- Enforce quality, safety, and environmental standards
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Customer-oriented and technically skilled
