As the key contact between the workshop and customers, you will ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by managing vehicle reception, technical explanations, and follow-up. This role includes 70% hands-on dealership experience and 30% training, culminating in a professional certification recognized across Volkswagen Group France.
