You'll manage vehicle reception, repair follow-up, technical explanations, and coordinate communication, making you the trusted link between client and workshop. This 12-month paid apprenticeship combines 70% hands-on dealership experience with 30% training at VGF Academy, leading to a RNCP-certified professional title with additional Volkswagen certification. Ideal candidates have a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS in automotive, technical, or client relations fields, are organized, customer-oriented, and ready to grow in an evolving career within the Volkswagen Group.
