Your role:
- Greet and understand clients' after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and returns
- Explain technical work and prepare estimates
- Coordinate between client and workshop
- Ensure excellent follow-up and service quality
Your profile:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS, ideally in automobile or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong interpersonal skills, organized, team player
