If you love customer service and have a passion for the automotive world, this role places you at the heart of client relations, ensuring quality service and satisfaction. This 12-month alternating training program combines practical experience (70%) at an AUDI dealership with professional courses (30%) at VGF Academy, culminating in the RNCP title "TFP After-Sales Receptionist for Light Vehicles" plus Volkswagen Group France certification. You'll be supported by a mentor and a tutor while developing your skills in customer interaction, technical explanations, and service coordination. Ideal for candidates with a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma related to automotive or customer relations, who are organized, motivated, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment.
