This 12-month paid apprenticeship combines 70% hands-on experience at our dealership and 30% theoretical training through the VGF Academy, culminating in a recognized professional certification.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and assess after-sales needs
- Manage vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and workshop
- Track case progress and uphold service quality
Who You Are:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Have or are obtaining a driver's license
- Organized, rigorous, team player with a passion for customer relations
