What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and delivery
- Explain technical interventions and prepare estimates
- Coordinate communication between customer and workshop
- Follow up on files ensuring service quality
Program Details:
- 12-month apprenticeship: 70% dealership, 30% VGF Academy training
- Certification: RNCP "TFP Receptionist After-Sales Light Vehicles" plus Volkswagen operational certification
- Support from dedicated trainers and dealership tutors
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, ideally in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong customer relations skills, organized, team player eager to learn
