Your Role:
- Serve as the key link between workshop and customers ensuring service quality and satisfaction.
- Welcome customers, analyze after-sales needs, organize vehicle reception and return.
- Explain technical interventions, prepare quotes, and coordinate communication between customer and workshop.
Training Details:
- 12-month program: 70% practical at dealership, 30% theoretical at VGF Academy.
- Training leads to the professional title "TFP After-Sales Reception for Light Vehicles".
- Fully paid and supported training including a Volkswagen Group France operational certification.
Profile:
- Holder of Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations.
- Driving license holder or in progress.
- Organized, rigorous, team player with strong customer contact skills.
