What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and assess their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical services and prepare quotes
- Coordinate communications between clients and the workshop
- Track service records and contribute to customer satisfaction
Who You Are:
- Holder of CAP, Bac Pro, Bac or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical or customer relations fields
- Driving license holder or soon to be
- Organized, team player with strong customer relations skills and a passion to learn
