Join Volkswagen Group France Academy as an After-Sales Automotive Client Advisor (M/F) in a paid apprenticeship!
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? This role connects our workshop and clients to ensure top-notch service and customer satisfaction. You'll work with renowned brands like Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA, and Audi.
What you will do:
- Welcome clients and analyze their after-sales needs
- Organize vehicle reception and return
- Explain technical interventions and prepare quotes
- Coordinate between clients and workshop
- Follow up on cases contributing to service quality
Training:
- 12-month paid apprenticeship: 70% dealership / 30% VGF Academy school
- Certified by RNCP with Volkswagen Group France operational certification
Profile required:
- Bac Pro, Bac, or BTS diploma, preferably in automotive, technical, or customer relations
- Driving license or in progress
- Strong customer relation skills, organized, rigorous, team player
