• Manage rental contracts smoothly, clearly, and effectively.
• Encourage upsells by offering complementary products and services.
• Handle returned vehicles, ensuring everything is in order for a satisfying customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and achieve commercial goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized, flexible, proactive team player with problem-solving skills.
• Driving license and advanced English level (other languages a plus).

Profile and Qualifications

• Advanced level in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in commercial or customer service sectors preferred.

Contract and Conditions

• Permanent contract (CDI).
• Variable hours throughout the week (Monday to Sunday), with two days off.
