As part of our development, our Volkswagen Questembert dealership is looking for an Automotive Mechanic M/F, on a permanent contract. Work hours: 39h from Monday to Friday. Compensation: Salary based on experience + performance bonuses. Start date: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct all preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles.
- Handle various repairs: timing, turbo, gearbox, engine.
- Perform regular maintenance services.
- Carry out restoration operations (shocks, tires, brake discs and pads, batteries, filters...)
- Replace faulty parts.
- Use technical documentation.
- Apply quality procedures in effect within the company.
Desired Profile:
Holder of a CAP/Bac Pro or equivalent in automotive mechanics, with at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar position. You naturally gravitate towards these functions, and your interpersonal skills and service orientation are your assets. Rigorous, dynamic, and willing, you are attentive to customer satisfaction and can work both independently and as a part of a team.
